Poem

A Disastrous Day 2

Sleeping happily at night,
A voice gave me a fright,
It gave me a warning,
And I heard it by yawning.

It said a day of danger,
Will come because of my anger,
I removed it from my mind,
And slept being blind.

I remembered the warning,
When the day came haunting,
It was the worst time,
I ever had in my life.

I was going on my way,
To school, like always,
When something happened,
Which will never be forgotten.

An army of every dangerous being,
You can imagine came towards me,
I ran as I fast as I could,
Scaring the passing neighborhoods.

I ran into a giant pole,
And didn't remember anything more,
When someone told me that,
I have been saved, from the attack.

It was terrible to think of,
The creatures to kill me for,
A reason I didn't know,
And that moment, I wanted to go.

Finally, I came out,
And saw the world explode,
That day, I lost everything I owned,
And now I live on the planet unknown.

Poem

The Magical World

Come, come,
To the magical world,
For you, we've been waiting,
To come in our dwelling.

Enter the magical world,
Full of mesmerizing words,
No tension, no worry,
Just be glad and happy.

Here, your wishes come true,
Everything straight, nothing askew,
A world of magic and wonders,
Not a place for mistakes and blunders.

Extraordinary things you'll find here,
Different creatures and beings,
Moving on this land here and there,
Some small, some big but worth seeing.

All friendly to each other,
No rivalry, only the pleasure,
People care for each other,
And no one has a smear.

Come, come,
To the magical world,
For you, we've been waiting,
To come in our dwelling.

A magical world is wanted,
And we wait for it, being dumb,
But we are all disappointed,
As it might never come.

Poem

Martyr Bhagat Singh

A man courageous and brave,
Had a role in removing the word slave,
From India and freeing it,
From the merciless rule of the British.

He sacrificed his life,
In the struggle to make India free,
A man devoted to his country,
Fought hard and made history.

While he was in jail he started,
A hunger strike and fasted,
For 116 days straight,
Without caring about his fate.

Arrested for the murder,
Of a British police officer,
John Saunders, he was arrested,
Subsequently hanged and convicted.

He was just 23 years of age,
When he was convicted and hanged,
By the merciless British’s rage,
He will be remembered till everlasting days.

When he was hanged,
He just smiled and passed,
Away from this world,
Leaving his revolting words.

A man courageous and brave,
Was not the British’s slave,
Devoted to his country,
He fought hard and made history.

Poem

War For The Throne

A great, wise king,

Was on death's brink,
When he thought of,
His position on throne atop.

He told his eldest son to take the throne,
To be wise and not to make it prone,
The son gladly agreed to that,
And allowed the last wish to pass.

The king's death was unfortunate,
For the empire and his sons fate,
He had three sons who,
Made the empire askew.

A war was to be held,
To get the throne and was felt,
Two sons will be dead,
After the war's fatal end.

The war had started,
And it was a bloodshed,
Three sons with three armies,
For the throne, all three craving.

As it was predicted,
Two sons were on death's bed,
While the eldest of the brothers,
Ascended the throne further.

War always has a terrifying end,
With people killed and only bloodshed,
Peace and harmony can make miracles,
So be peaceful and never be despicable.

Poem

Two Choices In Hand

A man licensed to kill,
For the sake of his thrill,
Experienced from years,
A cruel man, I swear.

He was hired this time,
To remove an old man's life,
He was ready to strike,
And take the money in sight.

He was going on his path,
To kill the old man with his wrath,
When an unexpected moment came,
And everything in his life changed.

A girl came running,
Who didn't look cunning,
She begged for mercy to him,
And leave the old man to his will.

The man's heart was not,
Made of stone, as he thought,
To reject this mission,
And set a new ambition.

He married the same girl,
And kept her like a pearl,
This change in his life,
Made him happy to a rife.

Poem

To Survive And Last

A challenging world, we live in,
And we need to survive and last in it,
Tough, may be the problems,
We have to face them and overcome.

Tension is the mental strain,
Which begins at the age 5-8,
Study and study is the phrase we're told,
To survive and last in this world.

The strain on a mind of a student,
Is equal to that of a mental patient,
With no good marks and scores,
No job awaits you outdoors.

The people who are mature,
Are tensed to their heart's core,
With responsibilities to carry,
And the tension does not vary.

To survive and last in this world,
A calmness is required and sweet words,
And to face all the problems,
We need to be calm and solemn.

Cry, if you may,
For the troubles you face,
Overcome them, if you may,
With a light heart, I say.

A challenging world, we live in,
And we need to survive and last in it,
Tough, may be the problems,
We have to face them and overcome.

The world challenges you every time,
And always sets a goal in life.

Poem

One Lucky Day

One lucky day is all you need,
To fulfill all the wishes you seek,
One lucky day is all you want,
To be happy every day, never gaunt.

One lucky day for the kids,
To have quintals of candies to bid,
With heaps of toys upon toys,
To play with and have all the joy.

One lucky day for the students,
To have the most intelligence,
And pass the exams with flying colors,
And silence everyone like a sullen.

One lucky day for the brainy nerds,
To have all the books to read and surf,
And no one to interrupt or bully,
Just have the knowledge and be jolly.

One lucky day for the strong jocks,
To perfect all games by sweating the socks,
To be a champion in games,
And extract all of the fame.

One lucky day for the hackers,
To hijack everything and be the crackers,
To control everything on their command,
And attaining their every single demand.

One lucky day is all you need,
To fulfill all the wishes you seek,
One lucky day is all you want,
To be happy every day, never gaunt.

One lucky day can change your life,
From an idiot to a brilliant mind.

Poem

I Could Not See

The day has now arrived,

For which I have always thrived,
It was the day to go to the trip,
For which I bounced on my hips.

It was a sudden and a surprise trip,
So I didn't know what place we'll hit,
But I was told that it would be good,
So I remembered it and understood.

We were going in our car,
When a hit made us go far,
I fainted at that moment,
And was in a state of torment.

I woke after hours and hours,
And felt captured in a cage with bars,
I opened my eyes to flee,
But I could not see.

There was a sudden flash,
And then it was all black,
I heard the terrifying sound of a chainsaw,
While someone caught my leg with a claw.

I was screaming with all my might,
When someone slapped and returned my sight.
I saw my brother facing me,
With anger and filled with anxiety.

It was a dark nightmare,
At a time so very fair,
My day to go to the trip,
Was ruined by this sudden fit.

Poem

Angel Or Devil

Death is the terrifying end,
Is it true my friend?
Does an afterlife exists?
Yes, where you just need to fit.

After death, where you'll be going,
To be after the recruiting,
An angel or a demon, what is your fate?
When you'll pass the death's gate.

Where will you get sort?
Into an angel or demon,
Have you ever thought?
Stop dreaming and start thinking.

A stunning test will occur that,
You will have to pass,
To be an angel or demon,
To be blessed or be evil.

A time will come when,
You will be asked,
About the attended deeds of your past,
And the decision made will be the last.

An afterlife awaits you,
Depending on the deeds you attend to,
An angel or a demon, what is your fate?
When you'll pass the death's gate.

You have your afterlife in your hands,
Try to make it pleasant or very, very bad.

Poem

A Broken Soul

Finally, the day of the exam,
I knew had come,
I had studied a lot,
And was prepared for any sort.

The exam was held,
And I knew I did very well,
I went home and praised my mother,
And got blessed by the holy hands of her.

I was not at all anxious,
As the result would not be vicious,
And would not make mother furious,
So I waited and waited, so curious.

Now, the result in my hand,
I opened the envelope,
No laugh from my friends,
I had topped in the exams.

I ran and ran and ran,
Till I reached home to stand,
And show everyone the paper,
That had made me caper.

My family was very happy,
My friends were a bit gloomy,
But my best friend was left,
Whom I had to tell at the end.

At last I went to meet him,
Without knocking, I entered his room,
And found him very very gloom,
I asked him the matter so grim.

My stomach churned on hearing,
The news that was so depressing,
I tried to comfort my friend,
But he remained the same and didn't bend.

The loss of a beloved mother,
Can make everyone's heart broken,
See the way our short spanned life goes,
When I was happy, my friend suffered the most.

Poem

A Fateful Day

A man worked for day and night,
On his land with all his might,
He was a hard worker,
And not a simple mediocre.

A fateful day transpired,
Everything in his life changed,
It was like always  normal day,
And he was going to cut the hay.

Some black-suited men came,
Who didn't even ask his name,
And told him to get out of there,
As it was a no-man's land here.

The man was surprised and shocked,
"What? A no-man's land" he said,
Do you see this bally pitchfork,
It'll go through your butt and out your mouth.

At that instant the man was thrown,
After that all he did was moan,
He sweared at that moment,
He'll become an outlaw very, very violent.

In some time, he was successful in doing that,
And now he frustrated the government in every act,
He bombed-out the government's buildings,
And now remains safe in his dwellings.

These were the acts of revenge,
From a man who faced injustice,
He destroyed the government and avenged,
The harmful act done to him.

Our mind can be very wavering,
It can make life hell or very ravishing.

Poem

The Forgotten India

India is a very big place,
To see it people just need to race,
With many monuments to visit,
We fulfill the needs we requisite.

Tourists are never less in India,
They come and come in this wide area,
India is a place full of mythology,
To pray in the temples so holy.

Taj Mahal, the pride of India,
Has always attracted everyone's attention,
About this wonder of the world,
I cannot explain in mere words.

The beauty of the adorable nation is vast,
Which will not be destroyed, if anything is cast,
India has developed very fast,
'India is backward' is a thing of the past.

India is a place where people,
Of all religions are happy to stay,
It shows unity which is not feeble,
And will remain till the ever-lasting days.

The brotherhood in India is very great,
Which will not end at any rate,
The love Indians show has a power,
To cure people who are sick from the heart.

This is the India everyone has forgotten,
Only the blames and grievances remain as a burden.

Poem

Books: Our Best Friends

Books are our best friend,

And will remain till the end,
They are our personal guide,
To live in this world with pride.

Teachers are our guiding lights,
And help us to vast open our sights,
By the books we get and are able,
To make our life unforgettable.

Some see them as the best facility in the world,
Some see them as a nonsense full of words,
Books change the life of some people,
By giving them ideas which are not feeble.

Unfortunate were those,
Who didn't get books to bore,
Fortunate will be those,
Who use them like a happy dose.

Our life is full of ups and downs,
But the use of books can set you a crown,
If not then a well awaits you deep, deep down,
It is true, so people don't frown.

A closed mind is liked a closed book,
So open your mind and flt to the moon,
Use of books can make your life glow,
But don't let the knowledge overflow.

Life can have a beautiful end,
If we make books our best friend.

Poem

To Bring A Change

If you want to change something,
Then feel the change in self being,
And to change the world,
You just need an idea and sweet words.

Great people were not born great,
Born normal and faced life’s gate,
And with one idea to bind,
They became one of the brilliant minds.

You just need to feel the change,
To lead a life of happiness and fame,
Try to bring a change in life,
And be honest and never lie.

If you see people dying,
Of starvation, then help them by trying,
You'll feel glad for the rest of your life,
By getting their blessings.

You will have internal happiness,
And thrive to see others blessedness,
Try to help somebody,
Don't just walk through selfishly.

If you want to change something,
Then feel the change in self being,
And to change the world,
Just need an idea and sweet words.

Bring and witness the change,
Or simply be the change.
