Poem
Nowadays Youth
Nowadays youth is blind,
Not in the right state of mind,
Doesn't care about their health,
Just seeks wealth and wealth.
Showing off with big cars,
Or with their muscle power,
The new generation is selfish,
Bringing more and more wishes.
Some like me, some like you,
Some so bookish, some so cool,
Some so weak, some so strong,
Some are right, some are wrong.
Taking drugs in life,
And losing their mind,
Destroying their future,
Not making it better.
Some like me, some like you,
Some so sincere, some so cruel,
Some so polite, some so rude,
Some like me, some like you.
Nowadays youth is blind,
Not in the right state of mind,
Doesn't care about their health,
Just seeks wealth and wealth.
Be smart, be kind,
And enjoy your life.

Poem
While The Light Lasts
While the light lasts,
Do all your works fast,
As when it sets down,
Nothing can be sort out.
The brightness of light,
Always helps you to fight,
Your way through the day,
Or in the night, be led astray.
The end of the light,
Produces the dark night,
When nothing can be seen,
Everything is out of reach.
The darkness of the night,
Fills you with fear and fright,
All rising hopes are lost,
When your life is at cost.
The end of the night,
Produces the brimming light,
Which shows you the way,
To lead you through the day.
While the light lasts,
Do all your works fast,
As when it sets down,
Nothing can be sort out.
All the problems, aside you cast,
Do all works, while the light lasts.

Poem
Partition Of India: 1947
India, in 1947,
Gained freedom,
From British rule,
So terrifying, so cruel.
How merciless they were,
Came to India to conquer,
The beautiful place,
Made it Indian's cage.
When independence came,
The British full of rage,
Played one last move,
Divided India from its roots.
Two parts were formed,
And India was torn,
From its long roots,
With much shouts and hoots.
Time of panic and chaos,
Which nobody could stop,
Happiness and relief,
Were far out of reach.
Terror and grief,
Filled the country,
No joy, no relief,
To be seen in the country.

Brevity - Two Choices
Curls of death,
Present you death's bed,
While cure to rest,
Present a life that never ends.
Choose for yourself.
Exact 20 words.

Poem
Cure To Rest
The curls of death,
Or the cure to rest,
Choose for yourself.
The curls of death,
Takes away your breathe,
While the cure to rest,
Saves you from death's bed.
The curls of death,
To take your life away,
Or the cure to rest,
To show you the way.
The curls of death,
Will be fatal to you,
While the cure to rest,
Will be paradise to you.
The curls of death,
Present you death's bed,
While the cure to rest,
Present a life that never ends.
The curls of death,
Or the cure to rest,
Choose for yourself.

Poem
Let The Boogeyman
Don't
let the boogeyman,
Catch
you in the act,
Is
an old wives tale,
To
make children scare.
Some
pleasant voice came,
And I
went in that range,
It
was increasing slowly,
And
I went in anxiously.
It
was night,
But
I didn't fright,
Went
behind the voice,
To
feel all the rejoice.
I
went to the living room,
And
was struck by doom,
As
the television was on,
But
no one there to off.
I
wanted to switch it off,
But
in the middle, was caught,
Turned
to see the boogeyman,
Who
caught me in the act.
I
skipped a heartbeat,
Seeing
him on his feet,
It
was so terrifying,
But
was not rectifying.
Something
unusual happened,
And
I felt a little pampered,
When
he asked me to play,
Anything
that I say.
He
turned to be okay,
And
met me every day,
My
family, my friends, my time,
All
became a part of his life.
So,
do let the boogeyman,
Catch
you in the act.

Poem
Don't Kill Me (Trees)
Humans, how merciless we are,
Killing numerous trees every hour,
The sources of our life,
We just kill them every time.
Oxygen in the air,
We breathe in, very fair,
When it will vanish,
We will all be banished.
Humans, how selfish we are,
Planning our death every hour,
When the trees are cut,
We will only get hurt.
Few trees are planted,
Many more are abolished,
There is not much time left,
For all the trees to be dead.
Don't cut them,
Don't kill them,
They are our life saviors,
So give them some honors.
Save trees, be free.
Poem
If I Were A Bird
If I were a bird,
Would chirp sweet words,
Fly high in the sky,
Say the world below, bye bye.
I would just fly and fly,
Eat little seeds and try,
To build a nest of my own,
And give little chicks, a home.
I would sit on a branch,
And sing melodious chants,
After mesmerizing everyone,
I would have actually won.
My friends would be,
A cuckoo, a dove or a kiwi,
My enemies would be bad,
Humans, foxes and big cats.
Living in a barred cage,
Would not be my fate,
To flee from human clasps,
The errand I would grasp.
If I were a bird,
Would chirp sweet words,
Fly high in the sky,
Say the world below, bye bye.

Poem
Unexpected Betrayal
Two friends started their journey,
To be billionaires, full of money,
Big and tough were their dreams,
So they moved on as a team.
They started a business,
And made a promise,
To share the income,
Equally between them.
Once they got a big order,
Were told not to dishonor,
The trust of the man,
Or they would be banned.
The order was delivered,
And the money was beyond measure,
Millions and millions they earned,
And not a single thing to concern.
They became famous by time,
And earned billions in life,
Their dreams were fulfilled,
But a terrifying fate awaited.
One of them got selfish,
And was strongly cherished,
To the money his friend had,
He wanted it so very very bad.
He killed his best friend,
And met a not-so-good end,
He was arrested by the police,
And was permanently ceased.
The selfish desire for money,
Brought an end to their journey.

Poem
To Be The Best
Not caring about anyone else,
All think, "I am the best",
By everyone this is felt,
Because of this, no one is at rest.
No one is the best,
As something can be learnt,
From all of the rest,
Being solemn and concerned.
What is the fun?
In being Jack of all trades,
And master of none,
Nor ever showing crusade.
Learning everything is good,
Nothing needs to be understood,
Mastering something out of rest,
Is I can say, the very best.
Being a master of a thing,
Even if it’s a puny thing,
We can say we are the best,
Even if it’s killing the pests.
Not caring about anyone else,
All think, "I am the best",
By everyone this is felt,
Because of this, no one is at rest.
Learn everything,
Understand everything,
In a thing, be the best,
And leave all the rest.

Poem
Too
Hard To Surrender
Acts of a most wanted,
Always make the police haunted,
But all they bother to muster,
That it's too hard to surrender.
Same goes on with a man,
Getting chased by policemen,
For blowing up a house,
Fire so strong, hard to douse.
With car on full speed,
He still tries to exceed,
The police gives up,
And is fully screwed up.
Happy that he escaped,
Not knowing what awaits,
Barricades of police ahead,
No problem, no reason to fret.
With reflexes like an animal,
The car jumps off the hurdle,
And gets stuck in a blunder,
And is blown like a thunder.
The man stood out of his car,
With weapons and his powers,
No matter how big the blunder,
He says, "It’s too hard to surrender”.
Most wanted people create big troubles,
But can be caught if hard works doubled.
